Zero Certified Organic Konjac Rice Style
The Healthy Low Carb Alternative
Manufactured by Naturopath, Herbalist and published author Enza Giardina, the Zero noodles, pasta and rice are made from premium Australian certified organic vegetable fibre of the Konjac plant, and they are packed in purified water in BPA free package.
Used in Asian cookering for centuries, Konjac noodles can be incorporated into almost any dish in order to bulk and satisfy as would pasta, bread, rice or potato which quickly leads to a sense of full ness, but only provide 5 calories per 100g serve. As such, they are a boon to dieters on low calorie, low carbohydrate, low GI, fat free, sugar free or detox diets. Also suitable for vegans and people with diabetes, as well as people with wheat intolerance or allergies to gluten, dairy, egg or soy.

How to prepare: Drain the noodles and rinse for 1 minute under running water, then pat dry with paper towel. They are now ready to add to your favourite sauce or stir fry. With no flavour of their own, they easily absorb the flavours of any soup or dish.
You can also try the "Asian dry roast method". Heat a non stick pan and when hot, add the rinsed noodles and dry roast them for around a minute. When dry, they are ready to add to your favourite sauce or stir fry.
