Plant Based Vanilla Custard
Sugar, Potato Starch, Rice Flour, Maltodextrin, Stabilizer (Calcium Sulphate), Iodised Salt, Thickeners (Sodium Alginate, Xanthan Gum), Natural Vanilla Flavour, Coconut Milk Powder, Natural Colour (Riboflavin).

1 packet (250g) Gluten Free Custard Powder, 600 mL water, 600 mL milk (or your choice of milk substitute).
METHOD; Mix all ingredients in a bowl with an electric mixer for 20 – 30 seconds on high speed. Allow to set. Tips: For a thicker or thinner consistency increase or reduce liquid. For warm custard heat up in the microwave or in a pot. 2 heaped tablespoons and 1 cup milk or water makes 1 cup of pouring custard. Add a dash of brandy for a perfect accompaniment to your Christmas pudding. Ideal for freezing
DIY plant-based chocolate custard; Melt 85g of chocolate and fold through the custard. Serve chilled and enjoy!
