Super versatile, it can be cooked to a creamy thick consistency to replace rice or mashed potatoes,
or allowed to set and then sliced into chips. And as corn is the only ingredient, it’s safe for those with
gluten sensitivities!
Ingredients

Use
To cook add 1 cup of polenta and 1/2 tsp of salt in 4 cups of boiling water, stirring continuously. Simmer for 5 minutes. Take off heat and fold in a knob of butter and grated parmesan cheese, if desired.
