Ingredients
Botanical name: Cinnamamomum zeylanicum (cinnamon) oil
Source: Sri Lanka
Use
Diffuser: Use up to 4 drops of Cinnamon in an 8 drop blend of essential oils.
Surface Disinfectant Spray: Add up to 40 drops of essential oil to 250ml of water in a spray bottle. Good choices for a disinfectant spray include Lemon, Lavender and Eucalyptus essential oil. Always surface test first and protect your hands with gloves.
Blends well with: Black Pepper, Eucalyptus, Frankincense, Ginger, Grapefruit, Lavender, Lemon, Orange, Rosemary and Tea Tree.
Note: Cinnamon essential oil may cause skin irritation.
If pregnant: Use this oil with care, best used in a diffuser or diluted with a carrier oil (1% ratio). Avoid using essential oils during the first trimester unless you are under the supervision of a qualified practitioner.
The use of essential oils for children under 3 months is not recommended. After 3 months use small amounts in a diffuser or for massage use a 1% dilution ratio in a carrier oil.
Use this oil with caution around pets, never use topically and store bottles out of reach. If you have any concerns contact your vet.
