Sweet cinnamon, cardamom, star anise, raw cacao and whole vanilla bean pieces are blended to perfection with malty long leaf black tea. The chai is then long soaked in raw honey...yummm.

Use
CLASSIC BREW METHOD (AT HOME)
-using a stove top
1. Add ½ a mug of boiling WATER per person to a pot (approx. 140ml).
2. Add 1 HEAPED tablespoon (15g) of FRESH CHAI per person to the pot.
3. Low simmer for up to 5 MINS (warning: rapid boil kills the chai) remember to give it a bit of love with a few stirs.
4. Add ½ a mug of your choice of MILK per person (approx. 140ml).
5. Slowly heat until you can just see the STEAM.
6. STRAIN and add extra honey to taste (or vegan friendly goodness)
7. Kick back, relax and enjoy!

For the best flavour we recommend using full cream cows milk or organic soy milk (eg. Bonsoy) due to their high levels of protein (tea tannins bind with milk proteins and reduce any astringent flavour).
