“a healthy ice cream treat with a green twist”
what you need
1 cup nut or seed milk ( I use macadamia or cashew milk for creaminess)
1 cup coconut cream
1/2 tbsp moringa powder
1 1/2 tbsp cashew nut butter
1 tbsp raw honey
1 tsp vanilla paste
to serve, 85% raw dark chocolate, shaved
what to do
Blend all ingredients (excluding the raw chocolate) in high speed blender or food processor.
Place in a lined bowl or container then freeze until firm. Once firm, blend again until slightly soft and whipped. This will only take a few seconds.
Serve immediately with shaved dark chocolate sprinkle on top.
notes
You could also try pumpkin seed milk. It is not only creamy but is rich in minerals, such as, magnesium and calcium.
