Peppermint Coconut Keto Chocolates

what you need

115g 85% dark chocolate, broken into pieces
2 tbsp coconut oil
2 tbsp Locako MCT Oil & Grass Fed Collagen Coffee Creamer (Natural Flavour)
2 tbsp dessicated coconut
2 drops stevia
6 drops natural peppermint essence

what to do

Place a heatproof bowl over a small saucepan of simmering water. Add the dark chocolate and coconut oil to the bowl and, using a metal spoon, gently stir until fully melted.

Remove bowl from the heat. Be careful as the bowl could be hot. Add the remaining ingredients to the melted chocolate mixture.

Pour the ingredients into molds or into a silicone small muffin tin. Sprinkle the chocolates with some extra dessicated coconut.

Place in the fridge until set. Remove from the moulds and place in a container. Store in freezer or refrigerator.

Salted Cashew Keto Chocolates

what you need

115g 85% dark chocolate, broken into pieces
1/2 cup roasted cashew nut butter
3 tbsp Locako MCT Oil & Grass Fed Collagen Coffee Creamer (Vanilla Flavour)
1/2 tsp good quality sea salt
1/4 cup cacao nibs

what to do

Place a heatproof bowl over a small saucepan of simmering water. Add the dark chocolate to the bowl and, using a metal spoon, gently stir until fully melted.

Remove bowl from the heat. Be careful as the bowl could be hot. Add the remaining ingredients (except the cacao nibs) to the melted chocolate mixture.

Pour the ingredients into molds or into a silicone small muffin tin. Sprinkle the chocolates with the cacao nibs.

Place in the fridge until set. Remove from the molds and place in a container. Store in freezer or refrigerator.

Replace the Coffee Creamer with 2 – 3 tbsp of hydrolysed collagen and 1 tsp vanilla paste
