What you need:
- ½ cup hot brewed coffee
- 1 cup almond milk
- 3 Tbs gelatin (we used Nutra Organics grass fed gelatin)
- ½ tsp vanilla extract or paste
- 1 Tbs honey, maple syrup or stevia to taste
What you do:
Stir the gelatin into the hot coffee until fully dissolved.
Add in the milk and vanilla and mix well.
Pour mixture into silicone ice cube trays and put in the fridge until set. This usually takes a few hours.
Enjoy a gummy a day for gut loving goodness and an energy boost.
Mango and Coconut Gummies
What you need:
4 Tbs gelatin (we used Nutra Organics grass fed gelatin)
1 cup fresh or frozen mango (left to thaw)
1 cup coconut milk
1 Tbs honey, maple syrup or stevia to taste
what to do
Heat coconut milk in a small saucepan then add gelatin, stirring until fully dissolved.
Place gelatin mix in a blender with remaining ingredients and blend well.
Pour mixture into silicone ice cube trays and put in the fridge until set.
Enjoy a gummy (or more) a day for a boost to gut health and a delicious, sweet treat.
