Maca BLueberry smoothie

macadamia blueberry smoothie

what you need

1 cup (250ml) macadamia nut milk
1 cup (125g) fresh or frozen blueberries
1/2 frozen banana
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp hemp seeds
1 tbsp hydrolysed collagen (we used Nutra Organics Collagen Body)
1 tbsp macadamia nut butter
2 handfuls baby spinach
1/2 cup ice
For garnish: toasted coconut and chopped macadamias

what to do

Place all ingredients into a high speed blender and blend for approximately 45-60 secs until smooth.

Pour into a tall glass and sprinkle with toasted coconut and chopped macadamias. Enjoy!!

notes

Replace macadamia nut milk with coconut milk, almond milk or cashew milk.
Replace macadamia nut butter with coconut butter, almond butter or cashew butter.
